I focus on all product development aspects, including design, usability, and functionality.
As a UX designer, my work touches on the end-to-end journey of a user’s interaction with a product. I firmly believe in the essential fundamentals of UX design and always begin projects by taking the time to understand the customer and their users' needs.
I have experience working on large research and usability testing projects. After graduating from my studies at George Brown College in Toronto, I was hired to work on a complex project with The Weather Network. My job was to work on the project, where I further developed my skills in user research and persona development, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping, user interviews and usability testing. I am proficient in communication and time management and capable of translating client feedback into actionable change. I have a broad skill set and received great feedback and commendations from my managers and coworkers for my proficiency, positive attitude, and commitment to my work.
I am a third-year student in the Bachelor of Information program at the University of Toronto. Due to my excellent performance in the program, I have been accepted into the Master of Information program. My goal is to continue educating myself and gaining more experience and knowledge in my field every day.
